I only toured the facility. As I toured everyone was friendly and the staff did call each resident by name and along the way different people were making sure the residents had what they needed, even the admissions lady who toured with ne.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

the room floor is dirty / sticky, its been over a week so far. Some seem to not want to be bothered with questions about my dad, or to get something for him. the rooms aren't set up properly to have a tv for the patients that are stuck in their bed most of the day, smells of urine every where.

Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. They do not keep the restrooms well-stocked here. No paper towels, toilet paper, or even a toilet seat cover! I had nothing to clean up with. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Smells like urine everywhere including dinning rooms. Very dirty. Most of the staff are caring however, one aide was mean to my dad and it took a week for them to figure our who it was. Would not give my dad his water pill even though he was full of fluid, so much that it was coming out of his nose. He also fell during a NIGHTTIME fire dill and received seven staples in his head. His wallet was stolen and magically reappeared of course without his money and social security card. I would not recommend this place for your loved one. :(

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Does this provider welcome questions?
Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions
Was this provider's office too cold?
