Dr Downing has seen every one of my four children! She is absolutely the best!!! I would recommend her and this office to anyone with a child!! My kids felt comfortable talking to her about life!!

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. I definitely don't trust them to have my child's best interest at heart. I feel like their top priority is just making money. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Upon entering the office, you will be met by an extremely rude woman. This practice is not patient friendly. I am definitely seeking a new pediatrician.

My daughter is five and I LOVE this office!! They always know exactly who my daughter is by name. They've always had availability for urgent care. The staff is always so sweet/ patient/ able to laugh. I truly feel like everyone in the office actually cares about the well being of my child. We live in Texas and I still use PofK for all her wellness check ups when she visits our VA family. I can not speak highly enough of Dr. Downing and the staff.
