I got there early to fill out paperwork and was there for 2 HOURS with an 18 month old! Not fun...the person at the front desk informed me their staff had all called out that day....nice to hear. The place was a dump...the exam room was small. I did like the toys in the waiting room though. The Dr. was nice but confused about her shot record and kept repeating herself even though my child was fussy and ready to go. She confused me and never read over my child's chart or growth chart like my previous ped did. I will not be going back...going to try North Shore pediatrics now.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. My child absolutely loves Dr. Beatty. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more.
