They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about immunizations. They answered every question I had. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Whenever I've asked for more information about something I was wondering about, they've never made me feel like my question was irrelevant or stupid. They've always been very understanding. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
