The doctor's are great, but the staff is awful!! The billing dept keep trying to bill us for an eye exam, even though my insurance company says that is part of the well exam. Not only that, the billing dept has been so rude with every phone call. The office staff is hit or miss. Sometimes they are quite pleasant, other times, quite rude (not so much to me, but I have witnessed it happen to other people).It's a shame, we liked the doctor's, but are looking for a new pediatrician mostly because the billing department is so miserable to deal with.
