We love our doctor and it's the only reason we continue to go there but I am considering finding a new Pediatrician group because the office staff is so incredibly RUDE! This was the second time in a year I've had to complain and the woman I talked to asking for the manager, was the same woman who put me on hold and then got back on the phone saying she was the manager! The woman who is always at the front desk when I'm there who I'm told is named Mille is the rudest of them all! I've told Dr. Ancona about her and he's told me he receives many complaints about her. I don't understand why she is still employed there. I cannot stand this office staff!! I highly recommend both Dr. Anconas and Dr. Stern but only if you can deal with the office.
