Waited over an hour for consultation appointment. Once called back received decent service until after tonsillectomy was performed. They couldn't call in my prescriptions before surgery, so after surgery my mom went to pick them up as I slept in the car. To my moms surprise she was told my pain medicine could not be filled because Dr. Raedy did not sign the prescription. After the pharmacist argued with the after hour emergency line that this is an emergency, she was able to partially fill my script, and the rest could be picked up after the Dr. Raedy went to the pharmacy. He did make it to the pharmacy the next day. Fast forward 1 week later. I suspect I have developed thrush. Call the nurse line. Two hours later (2pm) Shelly returns my call, and confirms that she believes it does sound like I am developing thrush, and I will need a prescription. She then says she will forward this to Kevin the PA, who will send it to the pharmacy. My prescription will be ready in one hour. Go to pharmacy to pick up prescription after I get out of work around 5:30pm. To my surprise the pharmacy has not received my prescription. Again, the pharmacists calls the emergency line, who is unwilling to help because they do not deal with prescriptions. I then try to call myself, and receive the same information. The operator was rude and said I will have to wait until Monday to call the doctors office again, and in the mean time hope the thrush does not get out of control. By 10pm Friday night I could not handle the pain any longer. I made another call to the emergency line in tears. The operator said Dr. Raedy was on call and he would call me shortly. I waited another 2 hours without a call back, so again I called the emergency line. Finally Friday night at 12:30am Dr Raedy called me. He sounded half asleep. He did call in the prescription which I was able to pick up Saturday morning. Monday my pharmacist called me because she received the request from Kevin, and wondered if the meds I picked up Saturday weren't working, or if this was what I was suppose to receive on Friday. I told her it was what I was suppose to receive on Friday. The prescription was dated for Mondays date. It is very obvious there are some communication/workflow issues in this office. If I ever need to see an ENT doctor again I will NOT be going to Dr. Raedys office. I wish I would have read his reviews, and not went with the first ENT my general doctor suggested.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I couldn't believe how promptly they contacted me with my test results. It really showed how much they care about their patients. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They diagnosed my condition very quickly.
