It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. Parking was convenient. I had 4 appointments and never waited over 5 minutes. I had a total parotidectomy for a benign parotid gland tumor. Surgery was successful and I have had no problems since. I would definitely recommend Dr. Raedy to my family and friends.
