The Orthodontist is knowledgeable and the back office assistants are great but I have choosen to switch to a different location due to the office manager and front desk staff rude behavior. They never answer the phone or return calls. I had to go in to the office more than twice to make an appointment and when I tried to inform them of this the Manager Amanda, was rude and extremely unprofessional. I choose to spend my money where I am respected as a customer.

Horrible customer service....they charge more at the end then they had told me and staff would not return calls and when I called to get issue resolved where very nasty and rude...they switched Dr's in the middle of my daughters service and the new doctor along with staff was very rude and unprofessional....go elsewhere....

They gave me information that was Incorrect! I have to do my own research to get my questions answered. The staff were ok. However the Dr was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Dr performed procedures that she recommended and I later had to go elsewhere and have fixed! When I called the dr to discuss the problems with the procedures she told me she doesn't really do many bondings and it's My Fault For Not Asking Her If She Did Them!! Mind you....she recommended the service! Awful, awful!
