They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better.
