The Orthodontist is knowledgeable and the back office assistants are great but I have choosen to switch to a different location due to the office manager and front desk staff rude behavior. They never answer the phone or return calls. I had to go in to the office more than twice to make an appointment and when I tried to inform them of this the Manager Amanda, was rude and extremely unprofessional. I choose to spend my money where I am respected as a customer.

Horrible customer service....they charge more at the end then they had told me and staff would not return calls and when I called to get issue resolved where very nasty and rude...they switched Dr's in the middle of my daughters service and the new doctor along with staff was very rude and unprofessional....go elsewhere....
