The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

I also thought my poor treatment from my first treatment was a anomaly so I went back a second time.

The first time I got all the x-rays as described below, was changed $10 copay for a cleaning when I have no co-pay, told I had 5 cavaties which surprised me but I believed them. Now, I wonder ....

I went in for my first two fillings. Took an hour and a half. The dingbat girl dentist didnt seem like she knew what she was doing and drilled them out, letting another person fill them in.

The tooth hurt for weeks and finally calmed down to only heat/cold sensitivity. Guess what? I know you will be shocked - the filling was BROKEN!!!!!!!!! F-ing Broken!

Enter today and my return. I paid over $100 for two filings last time, was told I owed an additional $57 from past due balance. Had two more fillings which also took an hour and half. The dental assistant was talking the dentist through the procedure! Did you remember to do this? Did you do that? Oh, wait, this isnt in place, we need to do that. OMFG!!!!!!

I finish, go to pay learn of the previous balance, am now told that I owe $150 and am going to be receiving another bill in a few weeks for another $50 dollars! Why wouldnt they bill me all at once? Does that make sense to anyone?

So, me and the manager argue about the bill, the waiting room is full and everyone is listening, and when we get past that the receptionist starts to schedule my next appointment. Hmmm....not so fast.

First, I tell her that I am not scheduling the final filling. I am only going to schedule the free redo on the broken filling. They purse their lips. Then, Im told I have to wait 4 weeks to have it done.. Uh, no. Not good enough. I ask if there is more than one dentist. Yes. I tell her to see if that dentist has an appointment. The manager says she prefers that the girl dentist fix her own work. I give her "the eye" and get an appointment with the boy dentist for next Tuesday.

I politely tell her that next Tuesday I will be picking up my chart and taking it to another dentist. Heaven help her if she refuses to give me MY chart that I have PAID for. I am aware of my legal rights and have no problem issuing a subpoena duces tecum for my records.

Meantime, I wrote to Delta Dental about the charges and am going to contact the Board of Dental Examiners in the morning and file a complaint with them.

What a bunch of sheisters. I blame myself for going back and in fact am wondering if I am off my rocker to go back a third time for a redo on the broken filling.

Would you take a third bite at the apple? Seriously, your opinions would be appreciated.

My recommendation - stay away, far far away! These people are a bunch of cons.
