Waited over an hour to get into a room. Inquired about a balance on my account, the girl in the front was polite and did her best to be as helpful as possible, but had to consult with billing. Billing completely blew her off and the poor thing had to fish around, but apologized for keeping me waiting, and told me she'd be sure to let me talk to billing manager before I left. Manager was rude, abrupt, impatient, loudmouthed, utterly ridiculous,made me wait an extra 15 minute after my appointment was finally over to talk to her. I don't know why they let John leave, he kept that office together. This office overbooks ridiculous times, an hour wait is actually low for them. And now they're letting a loud mouth run the show. I will definitely transfer my records. Will not be returning.
