I have been seeing Dr. Batson for years. We did some work for him at his home and I saw the way he went out of his way to answer random health questions we had and even saw my husband for a problem after hours! Every member of my family goes to him and even though I have to wait in the office to see him, I know it's because he doesn't just throw you out if you have questions and takes his time.

They return calls with great alacrity and do their best to answer my questions. The staff thinks very highly of the primary physician and the reason is obvious. He's an affable, energetic man who ALWAYS seems to remember the most peculiar facts that I've mentioned in passing. If he weren't a doctor, he'd be a detective. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and they've never used foul language while always making an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The waiting room here is spacious, which is excellent for anyone feeling a little touchy or simply nervous about the "office environment".

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
