Dr. Batson is very slow to get things done. I had to wait for 4 months to get a referral. I don't feel like my medical needs are being met. Gonna find a new PCP!!!

Dr. Batson is a great doctor, but his staff is extremely rude. They don't great you when you sign in and are too busy talking with each other about what they're going to do over the weekend or different sporting events. Not professional at all. It's unfortunate Dr. Batson hires such unqualified people.
