I saw Dr. Daly three times over the past two years considering an elective toe surgery. Once I managed to get myself talked into doing the surgery, a date was set.

I did some more research on Dr. Daly, and went and saw her one more time with more questions, and decided that I wasn't comfortable having her do the surgery based on other reviews I read and the answers she gave to my questions. I canceled the surgery 10-days prior to the date, and thought that was that. Apparently, I signed a form that stated I would give 21-days notice if I was to cancel the surgery, and that there was a $170 "surgical cancellation fee".

If you are looking to have foot surgery in the Saratoga Springs area, I would strongly recommend looking somewhere otheer than Dr. Daly. I question her competence, and I clearly question her billing/ethical practices.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

Good access for elderly patients. Easy parking in a large dedicated lot. Well organized office and schedules. No significant delays or waits. Somewhat impersonal approach to patients. If you expect TLC, you might be disappointed. The practice has an industrial, revolving door feel but quality of care is good.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. She also treats you quickly so you dont have to delay your trips or other events

Their equipment was really impressive; safe, up-to-date, and well taken care of. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them.
