No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Money out of my pocket for orthotics which weren't going to help the botched surgery. They had new staff members on hand every time I came in for an appointment. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I needed to have reconstructive surgery to correct a problem I didn't have before I saw Dr Daly.

The receptionists are pleasant but ., Daly herself is not really available for any conversation besides a quick look at your foot and then she is gone. I asked for medical records and found them unco-operative and reluctant to consider my situation. They seem professional but generally uncaring. I am going to a different foot doctor next time.

She's mostly concerned with her co-pay, not your condition. Had an infected ingrown since last winter, she's been the only one that has cut the toenail
Last time I was there told me it would be an extra 20.00 if I didn't come up with the copayment, if she would have to bill me, since I forgot my checkbook. Her office staff is rude, to say the least, and very unprofessional
My toe has gotten worse then ever since she has touched it, it's been infected 3 times, living on antibiotics, to boot, go get a second opinion after
Being under her care, the $$$$$ is all she's interested in!!!! Buyer beware

They didn't listen to anything I had to say! But then again how could you since the doctor is in and out so quickly. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. Bsides having to wait (in the waiting room) for over 30 minutes to then sit in exam room and wait at least another 20 minutes. Have had the same issue for some time now and still nothing is being done to help correct it and I have spoken up about it. Dr. Daly leaves the room after your 5 second visit with her and you have no idea if she is coming back or if your appointment is over. Will be looking for another doctor and have several others who will be doing the same.

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long
