The video representing my particular therapist was misleading. It gave the impression she would be very concerned and caring. However, she was very abrupt, never established a comfort zone before rushing into questions. Her tone was very condescending. It got to the point where it was accusatory. When I shared a story regarding a family member, she immediately labeled him instead of actually listening, which was very offensive. I cancelled my next appointment for this reason.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They made sure all of my questions were answered, and are always there if I think of any more questions I want answered. I would see them over anyone else in the field. They are definitely an expert.
Every time I go, I'm always surprised by how respectful and courteous they are. I've never been treated with more respect by any other professional.
