The video representing my particular therapist was misleading. It gave the impression she would be very concerned and caring. However, she was very abrupt, never established a comfort zone before rushing into questions. Her tone was very condescending. It got to the point where it was accusatory. When I shared a story regarding a family member, she immediately labeled him instead of actually listening, which was very offensive. I cancelled my next appointment for this reason.
