Dino-Peds has a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. It's a practice of a few doctors, so when one is out of town another is able to cover. Dr. Etcheverry, our pediatrician, is very pleasant and seems to care about us personally. He takes the time to answer any questions we have. He also speaks Spanish, which was important to me since my daughter is growing up bilingual.

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Yes, I had to wait a long time before someone was able to help me
