No, and my child got sick as a result of it!

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.
