I wasn't given any sort of payment plan or fee information before they went ahead and scheduled my treatment. I had no idea how much I should expect to pay. They didn't give me any sort of financial information until long after my procedure was already finished. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page.the staff is very rude. You get no where asking question. You ask to speak to the office manger and she is ruder then the front clerk. The so call dr is right along with His staff. I think the school they got was in rudeness. This place should be close down. They need to do something about this place. I feel bad for his white and Mexicans that come in his office they got treated worst than I did. I have watch how they treat different types of people over the year I have been coming. I found it to worst with whites and Mexicans. Trust me of chips haven't already paid I would change doctors. They won't refund the state so I can get another dentist. I wish there was something we can do beside post our thought and what we have been through.
