have had my 14 year old daughter seen in this Office with No issue until they hire a new doctor and Scott was away. My daughters pain was ignored, and when she yelped in pain she was given a cat sound by the new doctor Goats and then he proceeded to say apparently only so my daughter could hear “oh I got a little moan out of her“. My daughter is far from a derelic, nor is she a creature of sexual deviation and to hear a seventy plus year old Doctor make this kind of comment is obscene. But wait, it gets better, a receptionlist came out to get me because they, in her words, “had my daughter pretty jacked up and I was needed inside”. When I asked why nothing for pain upon seeing my daughter streaming tears down her face he said I could give her something when I got home. He would not listen at all to anything I was saying, dismissive and stand offish. Then the office woman who tried to dismiss me as well when I came back in fuming over how my daughter was treated asked me why or if I was with her…No, because I was told several appointments ago no one was coming in with my daughter due to COVID and, because no sign was on the door, like it wasn’t then, I was to blame for not coming in with her.
