About

Patrick LaBella

This is a practice geared toward helping adults navigate the world around them today in a successful manner. We like what we do and enjoy tremendously the people we've met and formed relationships with.

We're located in the heart of the Greenwich Village neighborhood near Union Square in New York City, and accessible by every form of transportation the city has to offer including several nearby Citibike stations. Easy access from Brooklyn on the L train.

Primary Specialty

Gender Male
Services Service is for adults. Whatever you're going through we've probably been through it ourselves or have seen those who have. We believe the life journey is about forward momentum, tolerating (and moving beyond) destructive impulses, being respectful of others, and finding your passion.

We also believe life is all about making mistakes and then learning from those mistakes to become better people. We are huge advocates of both empathy and forgiveness, energetic promoters of communication and negotiation (over war, livid rage, or cruel condescension and accusation).

Me then my younger sister saw Patrick through our 20's. Nicest guy. Our Dad is strict and sweet but nuts, raised us alone, insular. When he found out I got suicidal only at that moment found a therapist for us. Pat helped the family more than he knows. Saved me. His office was the only place we were free to talk about stuff and think about life and ask about sex, pot, skaters, kids all around us in the city who we didn't get, only allowed school then get back home. Great man. Dad still goes.
