About

Rosalie Fine, LCSW-R

Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, Psychoanalysis, CBT and EMDR:

Using an empathetically based approach as a psychotherapist and psychoanalyst I approach my work with respect for the importance of the unconscious and making it conscious for the innate and autonomous capacities of the individual for the individual’s attempts to adapt to the environment and for the conscious, rational, and problem-solving capacities of the ego. More negative effects result from early childhood severe and prolonged trauma, emotional abuse and relationship trauma, adultery, betrayal, abandonment, divorce, sexual abuse, physical abuse and incest all may lead to depression and a condition known as PTSD, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I am a certified psychoanalytic psychotherapist working with depression and a certified EMDR therapist specialzing in working with PTSD and any form of trauma utilizing EMDR. I work with individuals within the context of their experiences and circumstances. My aim with the treatment of psychotherapy and EMDR is to achieve the most comprehensive effects in the shortest period of time maintaining client stability within their structure.
