The visit was pointless. Office double books/overbooks their appointments, this overheard while waiting to be seen, clearly apparent by the number of people coming in and other patients with scheduled times after mine being seen before me. Waited almost 50 minutes beyond appointment time to be seen by a rude, condescending aged doctor who doesn't want to hear what the patient has to say, is positive he knows everything about everything, even subjects he has absolutely no knowledge of. He then becomes dismissive when attempting to explain the timeline and process of obtaining outside documents to him.

I have to agree with the other reviewers, and wouldn't return to this office. He may be competent, but so is our veterinarian; we just get treated with more kindness at our vets than from this doc! Maybe it's time this doc takes a course in human relations.

I specifically asked my primary care for a referral to Dr. Greisman. After 3 messages, and never a return call, message or anything. I give up. I have now asked for a new referral and would recommended everybody to steer clear. 3 weeks I have been waiting to take care of my problem and now I am waiting for my insurance to issue me a new referral.

All I can say is whomever is answering your messages, You SUCK!

Fire them and get a new front staff.

Dr. Greisman is a very strange little man with a very condescending attitude and is virtually inept at dealing with stressful situations. His disdain for HMO patients (like myself) was made clear from the start. My wife and I chose to walk out of his office rather than listen to his ranting assertion that I had verbally abused his assistant regarding her inability to obtain the results of a recent CT scan prior to my appointment. It should be noted that I was annoyed by her lack of attention, but at no time did I express 'anger' or raise my voice to her. This man (Dr.Greisman) was so out of control that he would absolutely NOT let me explain my side of the story. He just kept insisting that he would NOT tolerate abuse of his staff. In all fairness, I do believe that he is a competent physician. I would just caution anyone who has to deal with this quirky little guy to be prepared. He is obviously a troubled character!
