When I had an emergency recently, they eventually called me back, but by then I had already gotten someone else to help me. It made me feel like I couldn't count on them. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. I wasn't happy with how my appointment went at all. They weren't able to even slightly help me. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. I had to look around a very long time before I finally saw their diplomas and credentials hanging on the wall. I wish they would have displayed it more prominently. FIND A DIFFERENT UROLOGSIT! HE WILL LAUGH AT YOU WHEN YOU TRY TO EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM, HE TRIES TO INTIMDATE YOU IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH HIS SURGERY. HE SAYS HIS SURGERY IS PERFECT AND THE PROBLEM MUST BE YOURS! SOMEHOW THE PAIN IS YOUR FAULT EVEN A YEAR AFTER SURGERY. I WAS IN HOSPITAL 2 DAYS, HE NEVER CAME IN TO SEE HOW I WAS DOING...SAVE YOURSELF PAIN AND FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR.
