I am a new patient there, everyone is so open and friendly, extremely caring, very much about "you" the customer. They explained everything VERY thoroughly and make it clear that you decide how much or how little care you want, despite their recommendations. Dr. Roman is enthusiastic and caring, his concern for people and their health is genuine.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They had a informative information in the waiting room. I was offered water and hot tea while I was waiting for my appointment. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
