They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs. Dr Grotts is the best chiropractor I have ever seen, he's not just a back cracker he actually cares about what is ailing you and goes alot deeper into your actual health rather than just your instant needs. Highly recommend.

I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I love Dr. Grotts - his method of chiropractic is like no other I've ever experienced. HIGHLY recommended.
