I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They have completely eliminated my need for pain medication and enhanced my overall well-being. I feel better than ever. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. I was surprised that the complex and technical information was made so easy to understand. The treatment I received was extremely thorough. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

I saw this provider 3 times and was on time for every appointment. However, I waited for the provider every time. The first time it was over an hour. The second time a half an hour. The third time, 25 minutes. He overschedules patients resulting in long wait times. There should be a compensation offered to patients when they have to wait; a reduction in price for the visit. Time is money and the patient's time is just as valuable as the provider's time.
I have stopped seeing this provider for this reason. It's unfortunate because he offers good care and is passionate about his practice. But I'm a busy person and fitting in appointments is challenging when I'm in and out of the office ON TIME.
