They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

Yes everything was neat and sterile

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Did the chiropractor update you about the progression of your recovery at each appointment?
Definitely! They made an extra effort to keep me well informed.
Does this provider offer flexible appointment times?
Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Absolutely! They were extremely careful

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
Did you feel like your pain was lessened after your chiropractic treatment?
Yes
Did your treatments with this chiropractor eliminate your need for pain medication?
Yes, I no longer need pain medication and I feel better than I've ever felt
