As a competitive natural pro bodybuilder, I am constantly pushing my body to the limits in an effort to further my physique so that I can effectively compete at a world -class level. Muscle Strains, muscle tightness, tendonitis and general wear and tear are inevitable with what I do. In order perform optimally 12 months a year, therapy can be a necessity at times. I have relied on John Thacker’s services to help bring my body up to speed, allowing me to train with the required intensity without losing ground. His services have been extremely effective at eliminating aggravating conditions in a very short period of time. In as little as 2 sessions, I have been healed from injuries that were causing limitations in my training. I will continue to rely on John Thacker to keep me healthy and I highly recommend him to anyone (especially my personal training clients). Acupuncture can treat more than just overworked muscles and tendons. The benefits are numerous and are applicable to almost anyone.

I initially tried acupuncture because I had heard it would help alleviate menopausal symptoms, and I was willing to try most anything! Was I in for a wonderful surprise! After a few appointments, not only was I starting to notice the effects on menopausal symptoms, but I also noticed I was experiencing a general feeling of well-being that had been missing. The effect carries over so that I feel more positive and motivated to stay with my fitness routine, eat healthier, and do good things for myself. I’ve been going on a regular basis for two years, and I can’t imagine life without acupuncture. Besides his expertise and caring attitude, John is a delight. I love talking and laughing with him while he sticks needles in me. I would not hesitate to recommend John to anyone (and I have done so many times) who may want to consider acupuncture for maladies ranging from pain to depression to allergies and plenty more.

The office was easy enough to find. The table I laid on during my treatment was so comfortable. I loved the table so much I probably could have fallen asleep on it. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me and address my issues. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

John Thacker provides exceptional service - he is genuinely caring with a gentle touch. I first went to Jon for TMJ and neck pain, which no longer trouble me at all. Now I go for overall relaxation and wellbeing. After a session with him I'm as relaxed as if I had an hour-long massage. He takes such care that anyone who is leery of trying acupuncture should see John once and your fears will be laid to rest! Rarely does a needle feeling like more than a whisper against the skin. The location is convenient, the staff friendly, and the environment clean and relaxing. I highly recommend John's acupuncture clinic to friends and family.
