I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. When I first started acupuncture, I was really concerned that the needles would leave cuts or scars. They were extremely careful and precise and I never had to worry about any cuts or scars. I couldn't believe how compassionate and sympathetic they were. They went out of their way to make me feel extra comfortable.

Smith would not provide his Virginia State License number to us or my insurance company, so that I could get reimbursed. Very suspicious!
