I hate writing poor reviews of professionals. But I love dogs, and simply would hate not to share honestly. I would avoid this place. While seemingly nice, they don't do right by there clients. For example, my dog was misdiagnosed. I took him to two other vets and they concurred. Their attitude was "oh well." No refund, no nothing. Protect your pet-- go elsewhere.

DO NOT GO THERE -- WRONG DIAGNOSIS AND REFUSAL TO OWN UP TO MISTAKES.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! My dog is dying because of their mistakes and they will not own up to it or give me my money back. The owner Dr. Hernas was extremely rude, combative and made assumptions without ever seeing my dog. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. The owner Dr. Harnas was out of the country for weeks, and isn't ever in the office to respond to issues. I love my dog dearly and I don't want someone to make the same mistake. GO SEE DR. HARTMAN - UNION STREET.

This is no exaggeration, the second opinion without any charts concluded an aggressive cancer that Dr. Hernas and/or her staff should have found the day the pefored unnecessary surgery that cost a lot of money.

I called for an appointment for my dog. I told them he was limping and I wanted his leg examined. They gave me an appointment quickly. When I arrived, they had me muzzle my dog and I waited a half hour before the vet came into the office. She ran tests and could not determine the cause of the limp. They told me to come back four days later when they would have sufficient staff to test the dog. Why would they have me come in when they knew they could not do a thorough job. I am looking for a new vet. I had gone there for over 25 years with multiple animals. I am dissatisfied with the treatment.
