I have had my dog both treated here, and boarded for the weekend several times. She has no fear or anxiety about coming here, which is my largest indicator that this is a quality place. From the receptionist to the vet techs to Doc himself, the entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and so obviously love the animals they work with.

They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. While my pet and I were there, it seemed like they just rushed through the appointment, and didn’t take the time to thoroughly examine my pet. I was afraid they would miss something important. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
