I really couldn’t believe the amount of disrespect shown towards me and, as someone who was in graduate school for counseling and psychology, I also can’t believe someone would think this behavior was appropriate or would not impact the client in a negative way.

My wife visited Dr. Richards and had a great experience. However, thereafter, she was not available and did not return phone calls for over a week on more than one occasion. My wife stopped taking her medication because she did not like the side effects but could not reach Dr. Richards to discuss. She needs cognitive therapy in addition to appropriate medication. We will seek help elsewhere.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Dr. Richards went above and beyond the normal psychotherapist in her attentiveness to me and my needs. She is very caring and yet there is a tender frankness in her discussions with you as a client.
