The office staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They had very flexible appointment hours and were willing to work with my schedule. I didn’t have a hard time getting an appointment at all. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. My therapist just dropped our appts. I called more than three times to schedule and he never called back. I had the staff send back my childs original evaluations and requested a call back from the therapist. Never called back. How can the website promote so much mental healing when their own therapist can just drop you like nothing. I have definately never experienced that elsewhere.
