Terrible lady at the front desk, and the doctor allows her to behave that way. They over charge, do not submit your paperwork properly to the ins company, and will double charge. Never give receipts, always pawns you off, hardly returns phone calls, and is extremely rude; always talking over you, always has excuses for their lack in admin work, and refuse to acknowledge their wrong doing until you threaten to speak with ins. or go elsewhere. BE CAREFUL!

BEWARE- I dismissed the reviews at first thinking that some people may have just overreacted about minor things, but that's not the case. Everything I read about is true. I made the mistake of taking my son anyway. I understand privacy acts, occasional technicalities, and minor mistakes, but on EVERY visit?? I'll make it short and sweet; never a wait as you're in and out in a jiffy, despite your benefits / co-pay they over charge for random excuses that should be billed to the insurance, they do not submit properly to insurance so you'll have to pay more out of pocket way down the road, they will not reconcile at all or in a timely manner, you will not get receipts for anything, they say the insurance is doing this to you not them, when you kindly call for answers they will not reply unless it's about finance, you can not converse as the assistant will talk over you to hush you at every chance, they will dangle refills over your head, and BARELY prescribe you enough to get to the next visit. It may take longer to get in to see a new doctor, but worth it. Wouldn't doubt these guys have availabilities ASAP bc of the huge turn over. Your child deserves better. Be careful.

I too, would highly recommend going elsewhere. My son worked with Dr. Bhargava for several months and let me tell you, the front office lady is their biggest problem. Seeing her speak with patients in the waiting room and then having my own experience... Completely unprofessional and inappropriate. Last straw was when we changed our insurance. I called (They NEVER answered their phone) and left several messages inquiring how or if this would affect his upcoming appointment. I requested a call back each time and never heard from them. So we arrive to his appointment, check-in and she tells us he's not on the schedule. Mind you this appointment is for his medication checkup and refill... I'm thinking wow... I called and left multiple messages about this specific issue and you didn't think to call us back to let me know? I asked her why it was canceled or why I never received a call about it and she very rudely points at a chair, tells me to take a seat and she will look at it in a minute. 15 minutes pass and we're still sitting there. So I walk back up to the counter, thinking she would have some compassion about our situation and she tells me "I TOLD YOU I WOULD LOOK AT IT, TAKE A SEAT!" We left and 10 minutes later I get a derogatory voicemail stating she told me to wait and I left. Next we received a letter in the mail dismissing him from the practice. We laughed, it was our pleasure.

Fantastic doc and great staff. I don't usually write reviews but I couldn't be more grateful to Dr Bhargava for turning my life around. My depression was so bad and my anxiety was so crippling I honestly didn't think I would make it. My relationship with my family and my fiancé was getting worse and worse until a friend of mine recommended to me this place. Flash forward a year and I am now happily married and have a steady job. It turns out all I needed was a comprehensive medication plan and a gracious doctor. Staff was phoenomenal and always treated me with the utmost professionalism. Really felt at home here and if I could give this place 10 stars I would. Highly recommend!!

They changed my life. I was so depressed and angry all the time.
The doctor is a sweetheart and the staff is super friendly.
Being on the correct medication and dosage has made feel better than I probably ever felt. It really makes a difference and I recently got a new job and apartment thanks to getting my motivation and confidence back.
I am so blessed.

The worst costumer service. The man behind the desk is incredibly rude, unprofessional and ruins this practice for his wife. He is the most angry person I have ever had to talk to on the phone. If I could give this a rating of a ZERO I would. Read the reviews, all the 5 stars are fake. Dr Bhargava would have better reviews if the man behind the desk was kicked to the curb. He himself should clearly be a patient.

Whole family treats. Doctor and staff have done an amazing job but we like to be nice to our doctor's office and are always appretiative.

*Stay away from this place* I wish someone would have told me. I never write reviews, especially negative ones because I always give people the benefit of the doubt, however I have never been so mistreated at a doctors office. I am a very calm person, I never yell at people and far from confrontational. However, when they didn't have my over $100 dollar credit for overcharging me, I tried to speak with the receptionist about how we can figure out how the notes he made disappeared from the system. He got very upset, raised his voice telling me to be quite, he then went on to interrupt me repeatedly until he SLAMMED the window shut in the middle of me speaking. I honestly could not believe how unprofessional he was acting. I went to sit down and wait for the doctor, he then went back to open the window to continue to yell at me telling me I shook the window and that was why he slammed it. I would never shake a window or be disrespectful. The doctor came out to get me and continued to defend the receptionist who I think is related to her. On a side note to that, you can NEVER get a hold of the doctors office so if you are having any issues... you are out of luck and on your own. Also, there were multiple times in the time I saw her where she wrote the wrong prescription, left out one of the medicines, put the wrong dosage or didn't prescribe me enough medication in between seeing her.. This has been so disappointing. I hope no one else ever has to go through this experience. I will be seeing a new doctor.

Do not treat with the provider. They collect fees up front and then collect from your insurance company, and don't reimburse either so it is a double collection unless you are extremely persistent and even then you may not get your money back. They do not answer the phone or return messages unless it is a new appointment. The staff very rude and dishonest. I had proof of efforts to call them over 20 times for an appointment, without any return calls for over 3 weeks. When they finally returned the call, the staff claimed they had been calling me and I had not called them. They did not want to see my phone bill showing all my incoming/missed/placed calls showing the truth. They still owe me money from a double collection but refuse to provide billing information and a refund.

In just three visits my son's depression is better. He had been struggling at school and socially since middle school. The front desk staff is courteous and friendly even though they had to deal with a lot of insurance company issues and insurance companies can really test your patience. I have seen a big improvement in his mood and social interactions now that he is on the treatment plan. The doctor is very detailed and sweet.
