My little sister, some years ago, went to see this doctor when she was seven years old. Quick back story, I watched my sister go through this whole process and the only time I saw improvement was before the doctor visits and after we stopped visting. She was diagnosed with ADHD, however, was not diagnosed with depression and bipolar disorder. Once this doctor prescribed one medicication, it was a domino effect of medication until my sister was taking 14 pills a day, all prescribed to counter the medication before. She called my sister a demon, sent her to several mental health hospitals and when she was released from those, this doctor suggested that she be sent to a home in Iowa. My sister was eight by that time. This doctor wanted my sister sent states away, far from her family and loved ones. All because my alcoholic grandmother (our legal guardian) felt she (my grandmother) was in a stressful environment. She met with my grandmother more than she met with my sister. She tended to my guardians needs at the expense of my sister's mental health. My little sister became a brainless, drooling mess. Now, after not seeing this doctor for several years and taking her off all medications, my sister is about to graduate high school and is accepted to college. We have now discovered that because of all the medication she was on as a child, her developing heart, kidneys and brain needed to work double time to make up for all the stress she was under. She's still suffering from the "care" of this doctor.
In my opinion, this person should have her licenese suspended. I would never recomend this person to any parent.

First time new patient for my son who is 17. The doctor was very through and knowledgeable. She tried a different medications that are working well. Staff is nice and easy to schedule.

I have been a patient here for about three years, that is why what happened to me today (8/13/2015) came as such a surprise and frankly I'm in shock! I've never had problems here or anywhere with anyone! Dispite a few negative reviews I read, which I ignored, because I wanted to give the office and doctor the benefit of the doubt. The doctor has always been very nice to me and my son. There were a few red flags that should have given me a clue that this place is not a healthy environment and I should have left this doctor sooner. .Here is what happened: I go to docs office, get there on time, PAY for the appointment, my time to be seen passes (a increasing noticeable trend as of late, at this particular place) then I ask to reschedule after noticing my wait time will be longer, even longer since there are two more patients in front of me and I can see I will be made to wait a longer period of time than expected, again. I ask the receptionist to call me so I can reschedule and leave (after she asked me to sit down and wait some more) this by no means is a walk out! The receptionist calls, I am displeased but in no way yell at her (which I was accused of). She puts me on hold to supposedly get me another appointment. A man I do not know picks up the phone and begins to yell at me, insults me and tells me I have no manners! "Who do you think you are!?" "This is a doctors office, not a bus stop!" -he says. He continues to berate me even though I ask to speak to the doctor or receptionist in a calm voice, he does not identify himself other than to say he is "staff" and that he "has the right to speak to me". "The doctor is not at your disposal whenever you want!"-he yells. I've never experienced anything like this in my life, I stopped trying to speak to him since it became apparent he did not care and was only interested in yelling, screaming and tearing me down. I became silent...after he is done yelling at me he hangs up! I was shaking from the distress of the situation. It seems highly unprofessional and I did not deserve that. This despicable man is not staff, he has no business addressing any patient. He is related to the doctor and hangs out in the back office, this is an educated guess from what I have observed as a patient there. I called back and left a message (they never answer the phone) to explain what happened to me and how I was treated. The woman in the front office is unstable as well, her unstable behavior is apparent and does not know how to handle social situations. I only asked to reschedule because I was displeased with the wait time. The previous two appointments were similar and I sat there waiting and waiting. My time is just as valuable, it was not like this at first. These people will turn their backs on you and do not care! I'm not going to hold my breath for a call back or an apology. This is a doctor that only cares about collecting money and allows her staff to be inappropriate. Her front desk receptionist will ask personal questions in front of the other patients in an failed attempt to create small talk, I dreaded this aspect as well. I'll be lucky if I get my money back for services NOT rendered. Please go elsewhere!

My teenage son was treated for depression and anxiety. He was in pretty bad shape not responding to any treatment. After the treatment it felt like I got my son back. He has gone back to loving the things he used to do. We have never had a single problem with their office or staff. The doctor is very kind and experienced. I am glad I got my son back. He is back to normal.

The doctor asked me to take my son to his primary care dr for lab work and a urinalysis (he is 4) and it was not a pleasant experience but she assured me it had to be done before she could prescribe any meds for him. Once we did all that she then pretty much told me there is nothing she can do for us. THat he is too young for meds and too young for any proper diagnosis. I am extremely frustrated that she gave me false hopes and now we are back to square one. In addition, I have left 7 yes 7 messages to receive copies of the lab work results that she was to analyze and no one will return my calls. Therefore I would not recommend this facility. The doctor did not seem interested in helping me at all but just collecting my money and moving on to the next family. The appointment time was to be 45 minutes to an hour per the receptionist and we were in her office for 20 minutes and in the waiting room for an hour. This all was a total waste of my time.

After struggling more that six month with my panic attacks and depression and treating with almost every medicine with my primary care physician finally feel like a new person and would not go anywhere else. I just wish they had an appointment for me sooner so I go see the doctor and not had to wait. I give it a four and half star only because I wish they were open on the weekend. Highly recommend.

Have treated my 16 yr old Bipolar daughter there for over a year. I have had so much success with her treatment. I don't know what all the fuss is about. Would never go to anywhere else. Recently started on ADHD medications myself. Doing great. Definitely recommend.

Haven't ever been to a place as awful as this. Positive reviews are not real patients. Read the reviews! I wish I would have before wasting my money. I think the 2 stafff members (receptionist and office manager, who by the way doesn't show his face but will become a crazy man if you upset him) could use medications themselves.

This is the worst I have ever seen! Please listen to these reviews, I didn't and all this doctor did was cause me more stress! I went in for depression after losing my dad a month ago. The doctor doesn't listen to what you say at all, I got told I need to get over it, it's only been 4 weeks!!! After telling her 4 weeks for the 3rd time, then she jumps right to the next thing about how after 4 years blah blah. She doesn't hear a thing you are saying. The front desk is the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Do not give them your card number. I was at 100% on my insurance she told me she need a credit card on file let's just say they charged my card 150 dollars that I didn't authorizes and now I am filling theft against them. It's clear that this doctor has no morals and only went into the medical field for the money. I work as a health care professional and have never seen anything like this in my 10 years of a career. It will just add stress and anxiety.

Responding great to the depression medications. What a difference. Enjoying the things I love doing and could not do before due to my depression. Just got a new job. No problems:-) every single visit I saw a real doctor and not just some nurse who thinks she is a doctor. Go check them out.
