The staff members definitely don't enjoy caring for my loved one. They don't seem to care at all. They definitely weren't equipped to handle any of my loved one's health challenges. They had a very small staff and barely any equipment. I don't know how people stand it living there. It seems like the medical staff goes out of their way to exclude family members from important health decisions. It's extremely frustrating. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency.
