If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. residence has poor hygiene, and not enough activity, menu on the board are not exactly what they serve for lunch or dinner.

I wouldn't tell anyone to use this caretaker for their loved ones. The owner is very rude and I would not trust her.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I placed my mother in this facility because I knew she would get the best possible care and love. I read the earlier reviews and found that the owner was not treating staff unkindly - she really makes sure they don't miss a thing! She always gave a positive reinforcement as we.. In this home, the RESIDENTS care and well being come first!
