If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. residence has poor hygiene, and not enough activity, menu on the board are not exactly what they serve for lunch or dinner.

I wouldn't tell anyone to use this caretaker for their loved ones. The owner is very rude and I would not trust her.

Never, they are very reliable.

Absolutely! The staff makes an extra effort to help the residents take pride in their appearance

Absolutely, they were an expert!
