THe staff is friendly and understanding. You feel welcomed the minute you arrive. Waiting time is minimal as appoints are not needed. Dr. Carlton is caring and takes the time to answer any questions you might have. You don't feel like they are rushing you out the door to take care of the next patient.
The techs are understanding and do not try to know more than the Vet.

Great Vet! This is the only vet we choose to go to. Great demeanor for a vet. Understanding of how much we love our pets. My only suggestion is to modernize and get a website.

This vet was not compassionate at all with my very old cat's end of life situation. It was a bizarre and very negative experience. Had my cat not been in a dire state, we would have left there and gone elsewhere. Only good thing is, they were cheap. After a life of love and affection, cheap is of no value.

This vet has misdiagnosed or our dog's condition and due to this she died at only 2 years old. Our friends went there and the vet slapped their dog in the side of his face, since these concerns we have not returned. So many other vets out there that are clean and disinfected on a regular basis and don't have to worry about your dog sitting in any contagious areas as this vet office. I wish all whom very well if going to this vet office.
