THe staff is friendly and understanding. You feel welcomed the minute you arrive. Waiting time is minimal as appoints are not needed. Dr. Carlton is caring and takes the time to answer any questions you might have. You don't feel like they are rushing you out the door to take care of the next patient.
The techs are understanding and do not try to know more than the Vet.
