Reidville Road Animal Hospital

Do not go there. People seem nice and service was good, but then they rob you while smiling happily. They professionally took care of my dog, and prescribed an antibiotic to treat his diarrhea, they filled it, I paid them and went home.

I then noticed that they charged $76 for the antibiotic drug. Wow!! I called Sam's Club Pharmacy for a price check and their cost for the same exact prescription was $14.

I then called Reidville and asked them to send the prescription to Sam's and I would return their $76 prescription. Reidville refused, because I had already left the building. I've had to do this once before at a different vet, and they did not object once they realized they were caught red handed stealing. So...I'm pretty sure Reidville's no return position is not based on any laws, and their business practices should be against the law.

I've used Reidville for over a decade and with 3 pets. I'll never go back, and I hope you learn something from my experience. Stay far away from Reidville Road Animal Hospital!!, and/or be forewarned on their prescription scam. Apparently they can pick your pocket and keep the cash unless you actually catch them with their hands in your pocket, otherwise they just keep what they've stolen.

I’m filing a complaint with the BBB. Yes it's only $60 stolen, but surely I'm not their only victim. This has to be stopped.

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!
