Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. One area of improvement could be keeping their kennels and holding areas a little cleaner, I wasn't overly impressed. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business.
