I will keep this short because I know people do not read long comments. We went there 7 years and have 4 dogs (sometimes more because we foster as well) Care years ago was decent but we have pulled all of our records and moved to a new vet. Over the last year they have; very poorly kept treatment records which resulted in much needed senior dog prescriptions to go unfilled, after calling in prescriptions its about 50/50 if they will be filled the next day and I have been accused of lying about actually calling the script in the day before, the receptionist are never on the same page and you will get dramatically different answers depending on who you talk to, its nearly impossible to get the same vet twice and they will constantly try to change medications the other vet prescribed (who works there), they will refuse to fill heartworm meds even when there is no gap in preventative treatment (purchased there) because "we haven't seen your dog in a while"??? This place went downhill fast during the last 2 years. There are many months I spend more on dog care than both of my car payments combined and finances has never been an issue, but when a veterinarian clinic turns into to constantly obstructing care and acting put-out every time you need something (which I pay good money for) its time for a new vet.

I have used animal house for over 20 years. They have they friendliest staff and offer many services. For quality care I would recommend them.

the clinic have taken care of all of my animals which consist of six cats. I have a new male kitten, found on the highway by my daughter one cold morning that some unfeeling person threw away like so much trash. He has turned into a bundle of joy and energy. I am preparing to take him to the clinic for his care.

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Absolutely I learned so much and received great information on ways to improve my pet's health

Were the kennels and holding areas clean?

Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

This place is HORRIBLE!!! Our puppy had parvo she was hospitalized there for FOUR days at $202 a day!!! When i picked up dog to take to another VET she had pop on her and looked so sad her ribs were showing she was lethargic and could barely walk . We took her to there "sister clinic" and with in ONE day she was off of IV's and 2 days later she is ready to go home the other Vet charges $75 a day never again will i go to ANIMAL HOUSE!

Does this veterinarian send reminder cards for your pets annual check-up?

Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her?

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Was this veterinarian gentle when caring for your pet?

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need
