Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

When I first walked in, as most of the previous comments stated, everything was beautiful inside and out. However, I came to find out that just because the place itself was very inviting did not mean the people were! The girls at the front desk are rude in that they hardly aknowledge you or your pet and when they do they aren't exactly pleasant. The doctor we had was great at first until I found she was not exactly upfront with me at all about the costs of her services. She took it upon herself to do EXTRA procedures during my animal's check up without warning me that they'd cost. I thought this was very unprofessional and quite rude when I found out I was completely over charged. She gave me a money figure of what my animal's medication would cost and it was definitely over that. Why can't they just be upfront? So later I call back to ask if there's any way these charges could be refunded and just as before, the girl on the telephone was not pleasant and acted like I was stupid. Is the customer not always right???
