I have severe DDD of entire spine and have been a patient of Dr. Kowal for 9 years and she has saved my life. My neck was severely restricted in all movements up and to the side and now I can move well and only need adjustments of the Atlas to keep in shape. She has helped me avoid fusion of the Cervical Vertebra which has been suggested by every Orthopedic and Neurosurgeon that I have ever seen. She is gentle and staff are amazing service providers. I would recommend her to anyone who has pain and restricted movement! There is minimally invasive surgery available when stenosis is severe in spine or foramen and I have done this with a doctor in Pgh, PA under her recommendation. She has helped me deal with chronic pain and given me my life back. A wonderful skilled and kind doctor.

My entire body has been realigned thanks to Dr. Kowal and her excellent care.I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. Dr. Kowal knows exactly what she is doing. I definitely saw a huge difference. Not only did she care for my vertebrae problem, but she understands vertigo and ringing in the ears.
