I have severe DDD of entire spine and have been a patient of Dr. Kowal for 9 years and she has saved my life. My neck was severely restricted in all movements up and to the side and now I can move well and only need adjustments of the Atlas to keep in shape. She has helped me avoid fusion of the Cervical Vertebra which has been suggested by every Orthopedic and Neurosurgeon that I have ever seen. She is gentle and staff are amazing service providers. I would recommend her to anyone who has pain and restricted movement! There is minimally invasive surgery available when stenosis is severe in spine or foramen and I have done this with a doctor in Pgh, PA under her recommendation. She has helped me deal with chronic pain and given me my life back. A wonderful skilled and kind doctor.
